Text Box: PONDEROSA ASSOCIATION YARD SALE Executive Board of the Ponderosa Neighborhood Association: We have made a decision to cancel the Ponderosa Neighborhood Association Fund Raiser of having a Yard Sale this Saturday, June 6, 2009 at the corner of Flat Shoals and El Caudillo. This decision is due to low participation ( 3 - 5 signed up) and other unforeseen circumstances. Because of the short notice, I am requesting that Mr. Stewart place the above statement on our web page. Word of mouth, emails, phone calls etc. will be the method used to notify any of the other residents that are unaware of the cancellation. We will plan future neighborhood fund raising activities to include yard sales in the very near future. Thanks Executive Committee members please contact me ASAP at (770) 996-6791 for further discussion regarding this change. I am requesting that we meet at my house (6435 Tahoe Dr.) for a brief meeting on this Thursday at 11 a.m. Thank you.
